While most of us pray for the day the northern war will end, other people seem not to want it to end because of the financial gains and interests vested in it.
Its hard to convince all ugandans that Kony can continously elude the UPDF for 22 years.....Did any of you hear of the rumour that Kony was tipped off by an insider in the UPDF just minutes before the garamba attack! How then does anyone expect the war to end?? - Casper
