My namesake Musinguzi, it is true that Mbabazi has harbored presidential ambitions for a while now. It is also known he had been tipped by his boss as the successor. While that helped him to use his positions in government to build both local and international support, he never constructed a strategy, since his strategy was NRM strategy.That's why he talks of a tired nation but keeps royal to NRM. Even when NRM disowned him, he has failed to envision the post-NRM that he seeks to construct. The local and international support that he had constructed is what the NRM has been disintegrating.
